This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We try to write it the way we'd want it written for us — plainly and without lawyer's drag.

§ 03

Cookies and analytics

We use first-party and select third-party cookies for analytics (e.g., Google Analytics 4) and for advertising measurement (e.g., Google Ads, Meta). You can decline non-essential cookies through your browser or our cookie banner.

§ 04

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, deliver requested services, communicate about engagements, send periodic newsletters (which you can unsubscribe from at any time), and improve our website.

§ 05

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share with service providers (hosting, analytics, email) under contract, with legal authorities when required, and with your written consent for case-study or reference purposes.

§ 06

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You can opt out of marketing emails by clicking unsubscribe in any email or contacting us. California residents have additional rights under CCPA/CPRA; EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR/UK GDPR.
